Refund & Cancellation Policy

 


  1. Lost Shipment Claim:
    Claim will be processed only if an invoice with valid insurance is provided at the time of booking.

  2. No Claim on Household Items:
    No claim will be entertained for any household materials under any circumstances.

  3. No Refund Policy:
    No refund will be provided for Delivery or RTO (Return to Origin) charges, irrespective of the reason.

  4. Double Charge on RTO:
    In case of RTO, delivery charges will apply for both forward and return shipments.

  5. No Delivery Date Commitment:
    Fastmove Logistics does not guarantee any specific delivery date; all delivery timelines are estimated only.

  6. Payment Delay Penalty:
    If payment is not received on time, the shipment will be held, and a penalty will be charged at ₹1 per kg per day, with a minimum penalty of ₹100.

  7. Service Termination:
    In case of service termination, no refund or reversal of the remaining balance/miles will be provided.

  8. Prepaid Booking Conditions:
    Once a booking is marked as prepaid, it cannot be changed to COD (Cash on Delivery).

  9. COD Change Penalty:
    If COD terms are wrongly altered after booking, an additional charge of ₹500 or more will be applied.

  10. Address for Claim Settlement:
    Any approved claim amount will be sent via Cheque/Demand Draft to the registered company address or as specified during account closure.
